Accommodates guests of hotel by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and escort instructions to Bellhop.
- Computes bill, collects payment and makes change for guests.
- Posts charges such as room, food, liquor or telephone to ledger.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, travel directions and other resort information.
- Deposits guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.
- Designs and displays information window for hospitalities.
- Maintains the brochure rack in the hotel by filling it and getting new brochures when necessary.
- Takes deposit to the bank.
- Works Switchboard when needed.
