Banquet Staff Bus Person - Part-Time Food Service Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists with set-up and clean-up of banquet rooms. Assists dishroom with scraping, stacking and sorting of soiled service wares. Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. Serves ice water to patrons. Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers. Sweeps and mops floors. Places coffee in banquet room according to stations. Picks up rolls for banquet from Bakery. Dishes up dinners to be served and places garnishes on plates. Takes hot carts to banquet room and removes dinner racks for waitstaff. Gets desserts to be served by waitstaff. Displays a pleasant attitude towards guests and other staff members of the resort at all times. Assists food service department in areas other than banquets when asked.
