Banquet Staff Bus Person - Part-Time
Food Service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assists with set-up and clean-up of banquet rooms.
  • Assists dishroom with scraping, stacking and sorting of soiled service wares.
  • Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
  • Serves ice water to patrons.
  • Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers.
  • Sweeps and mops floors. Places coffee in banquet room according to stations.
  • Picks up rolls for banquet from Bakery. Dishes up dinners to be served and places garnishes on plates.
  • Takes hot carts to banquet room and removes dinner racks for waitstaff.
  • Gets desserts to be served by waitstaff. Displays a pleasant attitude towards guests and other staff members of the resort at all times.
  • Assists food service department in areas other than banquets when asked.
