Banquet Staff Bus Person - Part-Time
Food Service
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with set-up and clean-up of banquet rooms.
- Assists dishroom with scraping, stacking and sorting of soiled service wares.
- Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
- Serves ice water to patrons.
- Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
Places coffee in banquet room according to stations.
- Picks up rolls for banquet from Bakery.
Dishes up dinners to be served and places garnishes on plates.
- Takes hot carts to banquet room and removes dinner racks for waitstaff.
- Gets desserts to be served by waitstaff.
Displays a pleasant attitude towards guests and other staff members of the resort at all times.
- Assists food service department in areas other than banquets when asked.
