Summary Assists with providing lunch/dinner to guests of the Resort by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sets up for lunch/dinner in the dining room. Portions sauces for food items. Fries food items according to orders and changes frying grease as needed. Stocks plates for cooks and for side items. Bakes onion soup. Slices various food items and sets up garnishes & garnishes food items accordingly. Puts out soup for buffets. Does sock order preparation according to planned business and stores after dating and labeling. Assists lineworkers as necessary. Notifies kitchen of low items on food tables and buffets. Replaces food items and keeps them at the proper temperature. Break down of buffets.
