  • Mixes ingredients for green salads, fruit salads, and potato salads.
  • Prepares relish plates of green onions, celery, radishes, and olives.
  • Peels, cleans, and cuts fruits to be served for breakfast or compotes.
  • Prepares cold sandwhiches and cheeses.
  • Requisitions supplies daily.
  • Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
