  • Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
  • Measures and mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.
  • Prepares, bakes and finishes bakery products to a consistent, high quality.
  • Checks daily chart to ensure all group times are still going to schedule.
  • Delivers finished products to proper areas within the resort.
  • Ensures proper sanitation and cleanliness in the bakery.
