- Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Measures and mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.
- Prepares, bakes and finishes bakery products to a consistent, high quality.
- Checks daily chart to ensure all group times are still going to schedule.
- Delivers finished products to proper areas within the resort.
- Ensures proper sanitation and cleanliness in the bakery.
