Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware. Supplies service bar with glassware, cups, ice, etc. and maintains cleanliness of service bar. Serves ice water, bread, and butter to guests. Performs general maintenance of frontal dining room area. Assists in serving food to guests at tables. Displays pleasant attitude towards guests and other employees at all times.
